The website sells customised conceptual Lift Layout Well Plans in PDF format only for ₹399 (inclusive of GST). No AutoCAD, DWG, DXF or editable file is supplied. Drawings are unsigned, unstamped and are conceptual planning documents only. They are not engineering certifications, structural drawings or statutory approval drawings.

The customer confirms that all measurements and specifications submitted are accurate. J.B. Gupta Enterprises Private Limited prepares drawings strictly on the basis of the information submitted and does not verify site dimensions or conduct site inspections. The customer must independently verify all dimensions before manufacturing, installation or execution.

Compliance with applicable laws, lift codes, IS standards, National Building Code and local authority requirements remains solely the customer's responsibility.

One free correction will be provided only where an error has been introduced by J.B. Gupta Enterprises Private Limited. If the delivered drawing matches the submitted form, any further modification, changed dimensions or revised requirements shall be treated as a fresh order and may attract additional charges.

Drawings are intended only for the purchaser's project. Copyright and all intellectual property remain with J.B. Gupta Enterprises Private Limited. The customer receives a limited, non-transferable licence to use the drawing. Resale, redistribution, publication or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.

If the customer shares the drawing with any third party, such sharing is entirely at the customer's own risk. The Company accepts no responsibility to any third party relying upon the drawing.

The Company's total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the drawing. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, consequential, commercial, manufacturing, installation, project delay, labour or loss of profit claims.

Emails, WhatsApp communications and electronic records maintained by the Company shall constitute valid records of the order.

Disclaimer

The drawings supplied are conceptual layout drawings prepared solely from customer-supplied information. They should not be treated as engineering advice, statutory approval, consultant certification or construction drawings. Customers must independently verify every dimension and specification before use. The Company shall not be responsible for errors arising from inaccurate customer information.

Governing Law

These policies shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
