Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders are customised digital services and cannot be cancelled after successful payment. Refunds are available only if J.B. Gupta Enterprises Private Limited fails to deliver the drawing within the promised timeline, excluding delays caused by incomplete information, customer inaction, holidays, technical issues or force majeure. No refund shall be available after delivery or where work has been completed.

Delivery Policy

Delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after successful PayU payment and receipt of complete information. Delivery commences only after all required information has been received. Drawings are delivered through WhatsApp. Successful transmission to the WhatsApp number provided by the customer constitutes valid delivery. Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing the file.

Delivery may extend because of incomplete information, pending clarifications, public holidays, technical issues, payment verification, internet disruptions or force majeure events. Such delays shall not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund.

Governing Law

These policies shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
